It's almost the weekend!!!

Yay for Thursdays!!  It's almost the weekend!  Mommy had a great day!!  Callen moved around all day (as much as he could!) & Mommy got a lot of work done today!!  She finished some things at work...got some other things started...& came home and cleaned up a bit!  

Daddy just got home and went to get dinner from the Shrimp Basket...Mommy & Callen are having Shrimp, New Potatoes & some PICKLE CHIPS!!!!  YUM!!!!  Daddy is going to clean up some and then play a game on X Box...Mommy will probably go upstairs to watch NCIS:  Los Angeles!!

Max is being a silly dog and bringing mouthfuls of food over in front of the stairs to eat it.  He is so weird!!  He is the best dog ever and Callen will love him!!

Mommy needs to look up some ideas for how she is going to turn a dresser into a diaper changing table.  Other than that...looks like we are going to have a pretty relaxing evening!!  :)

Wednesday Night Fun!

Wednesday we went and hung out with Nana and her friend Elwood.  It was a nice relaxing to just sit & talk.  Nana also made CABBAGE & NOODLES for dinner, which Callen loved!  :D

35 Week Checkup!!

35 week checkup went well!  Jenny said that Callen is head down but Mommy is probably going to go full term!  No changes when she did her exam!  We listened to Callen's heartbeat & it was strong just like it always is!!  Stay in there for a few more weeks and grow, grow, grow!!!  Mommy & Daddy want a healthy baby boy!!!  :D

This little guy's getting bigger but he still has a lot of growing to do!!  Grow baby grow!!!  <3

Organization!!!

Tonight was great!!  We got a lot accomplished for Baby Callen!!  Aunt Caty did a lot of organizing with Callen's closet and got the shelf Mommy was clearing off in there for all of his diapers and such!

Aunt Keisha brought some Disney stickers!  Her and Mommy put up some MOUSE EARS around the window!

We also started getting more accomplished with the clothes and furniture!

Nana made the lovely blue afghan that is on the back of the glider!  Mommy was so excited that she cried!!

35 weeks!

Only 5 more weeks!!!!!  Can't wait!!!!

What a fun weekend we had!!

So this weekend Mommy & Callen had a blast!!  We went to another baby shower thrown by the ladies from Hillcrest Church.  Ms. Danielle made Mommy an Ohio State diaper cake!

Ms. Delana made the most delicious cake too!!

Mommy got a ton of cute things for Callen!!  She got the Monsters Inc. changing pad cover and a Monsters Inc. blanket for his room.  Mommy also got a bunch of other necessities for Callen.  She is so excited and so thankful for wonderful friends and a great church family!  Thank you ladies so much!!

Mommy and Daddy went to church on Sunday morning and Mommy worked her last shift in the Coffee Shop until after the first of the year.  She is glad too because she is exhausted today!!  :)

Daddy finished painting Callen's room and it is amazing!!  

Now we begin decorating and unpacking everything!!  Tomorrow Mommy's friends are coming over for "Game Night" and we are going to get Callen's stuff organized.  :)

Daddy also bought Mommy a new vacuum cleaner this weekend!!  Mommy was so excited that she stayed up until 10:30 on Saturday night cleaning the house!!  Then on Sunday morning she got up early and vacuumed Callen's room after she took the painter's tape off the walls.  This new vacuum cleaner is amazing!!!

Callen also got a new piece of furniture for his room from Aunt Tina & Uncle Daniel!  They gave Mommy and Daddy a dresser that needs to be painted and finished.  Mommy thinks this will be the perfect Pinterest project to make into a diaper changing station/storage area!  Mommy is also cleaning up a shelf she has in her room so she can move it into Callen's room for storage of various things.  

This has been a fun weekend!!  Mommy is going to go eat dinner and get some rest before work tomorrow!  Daddy has jury duty tomorrow which he is super excited about!  : /  Check back for more updates!!  

Mommy is tired!!

Mommy is so glad it's Thursday!!!  She is so tired!!!  It's getting close!!  Callen will be here soon!!!  He is still moving a lot but he is getting bigger and seems to be running of out space!  :P  Lately he likes to stretch across Mommy's belly...so his head is on the lower right side and his butt is on the upper right side.  If that's not how he is then we have a lot of shifting to do before he can get here!

We are almost done painting in the nursery...just need to touch up some spots and get the edges.  Daddy is then going to put together the crib and glider/ottoman.  After that we are going to try and get things organized!  Mommy is excited!!  She still needs to wash all of his clothes!

Well, it is nap time before Bible study tonight!  :)

We played games and did crafts!  Mommy & Callen got lots of gifts!  

Everyone was guessing how big Mommy's belly was!!  Samantha won!!  :)  Mommy's belly was as big around as Samantha is tall!

Baby Shower!!

Mommy has such awesome friends!!!  Aunt Caty, Aunt Keisha, Aunt Erin, Noonie, Aunt Jayme and a few others helped put together a very sweet shower for Mommy!

Callen's talented Nana made this fabulous piece of artwork!!!  It was delicious!!!

It's the WEEKEND!!!

Callen has been up and active ALL DAY!!!  First, he woke Mommy up at 6:00.  Then when Mommy finally got out of bed he was just moving and flipping all around!!  It's been like this all day too!!

Mommy came home from work, visited with Max, ate a sandwich, and now she is getting ready to go to Painting with a Twist with work friends.  She is excited to paint the painting tonight!!  Mommy told Daddy she would paint it for him and Daddy said he is going to find a spot to hang it up later!  He's so sweet!!  Mommy needs to find her water cup and head out to Painting with a Twist...it starts at 7:00.  :)

Fun Bible Study Night with all of our friends!!!

Daddy had to work late and help Grandma Jan with some things so he didn't come to Bible Study, but Mommy went!!

Aaron and Julie (& Samantha) came to pick Mommy up to first go and see their new house in Milton, which was GORGEOUS!!!  Then we went to Chick Fil A for dinner, but Mommy already had dinner so she just got some fries and a diet lemonade.  Then we met up at the Bower's with Daniel & Tina, Kelley, and the Stices.  It was very nice.

When Mommy got home around 11:00, Daddy had an episode of NCIS: Los Angeles on & we watched part of that.  Then Mommy got sleepy and turned it off.

Wednesday night TV night with Nana!!

Mommy went to Nana's for TV night on Wednesday.  Callen wasn't very active that evening.  We sat around and watched re-runs of the Middle, the Goldbergs, Modern Family & the Middle again.  The Middle was the episode where they went to Disney World!!  Mommy & Daddy LOVE Disney World!!  Can't wait to take Callen on his first trip to Disney!!  He will love it too!!

Mommy is feeling sluggish!!

But that's ok because Callen is getting bigger!!!  We have an appointment tomorrow with Jenny so check back for some updates!!!  :)

Appointment with Jenny!!

Mommy's appointment with Jenny went great!!!  Jenny told Mommy that if Mommy doesn't have a drastic weight gain in the next few weeks, Callen should be a 7-something pound baby.  We'll see!!  Mommy weighed 9 lbs 2 oz. when she was born and Daddy was 8-something.

Mommy and Daddy got to hear Callen's heartbeat again & it was very strong!!  Can't wait for this little guy to get here!!  Little less than 7 weeks!!!

33 weeks!!!

Callen's as big as a PINEAPPLE!!!

Pretty busy but wonderful weekend!!

Mommy and Daddy have had a busy weekend!!  Callen is getting bigger so it is getting harder for Mommy to do some things!!

On Saturday, Mommy and Daddy went to a "Childbirth Class" at Baptist Hospital.  It was very informative.  We spent the day going over things you may come across with childbirth and practiced some breathing techniques.  Everyone was sitting on the floor with bean bag chairs but Mommy wasn't comfortable so she asked for a regular chair.  Daddy was EXTREMELY comfortable and laid out in the middle of the floor!  Mommy's favorite part of the class was when we sat in the chairs and practiced breathing while Daddy gave Mommy a massage.  It was great!!  We got a lot of helpful information.

Later that evening, we went to a Wahoos game with some friends from church.  It was a lot of fun.  We didn't stay for the entire game because it started lightening.

Daddy is having SO MUCH FUN AT THE GAME!!!  (Can't you tell????)  lol

On our way home from the baseball game Daddy spotted the OSCAR MEYER WEINER MOBILE!!!  So we stopped for a few more pictures!

After we got home Mommy took Max upstairs with her and she watched NCIS:  Los Angeles while Daddy played League of Legends for a bit.  

Then the alarm goes off and Callen started moving around and kicking so it was time to get up.  So Mommy is up and ready to begin the day!  We are going to church, then to Wal Mart to get the paint to finish Callen's nursery, then to Maw Maw and Paw Paw's.  It's going to be a great day!!  :)
