So Mommy is trying not to eat a bunch of junk...just because she is pregnant, she does not have the green light to eat whatever crap she want.  Just throwing that out there.  :D  She's trying her best to do some sort of exercise each day, whether it be taking the stairs at work or walking at lunch.  She has been to the gym a few times & needs to start going at least 3 or 4 times a week.  It's ok for her as long as she doesn't overdo it or do any kind of ab work obviously!  lol  This may be crazy to some people but she is actually counting the calories she takes in each day because she doesn't need as many extra calories in the first trimester as she does in the second & the third.  & actually Dr. Freitas said "It is going to be more about how many calories you take in than what you eat." (when Mommy asked him about weight gain)  So she has been keeping track of what she eats & how many calories she takes in & she feels like she is making better choices now that she sees what she is actually eating.  Her downfall right now is girl scout cookies!  But she only ordered 3 boxes and her friends at work have helped with eating them!  Mommy also really likes the cream cheese stuffed jalapeno poppers.  But she is limiting her junk intake to 1 or 2 items a day.  She also made herself take the stairs today and it is not fun doing 6 flights of stairs!!  Mommy is getting ready to cook a steak for Daddy and herself for dinner along with some broccoli!  She needs a lot of protein for my growing Buckeye!!  :D
